- Structured, individual in-depth interviews to identify methodical and specialist skills, personality profile and value orientation
- Test procedure based on job requirements and graphological analysis

- Selective reference interviews with previous employers and/or other informed referees

- If you are looking for external candidates to fill vacant positions, we can take complete responsibility for the project for you. This starts with an analysis of the position, followed by search strategy, contact with applicants and applicant selection. After this, the final candidates are presented and the process is concluded with the ‘integration’ of the new employee.
