Personnel development
For many companies, personnel development means nothing more than further training. Yet more than ever before, companies are now working in a world that is full of change and complexity, while qualified human resources are becoming increasingly scarce, at least in central Europe. If a company wishes to make its mark, it needs to have concepts and tools as part of a larger framework of a strategic personnel development strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to provide the company with the ‘right’ employees, who have the required training, experience and motivation, in the medium and the long term.
We can work with you to develop and implement your strategic plan for safeguarding your future. This will include the ‘company strategy’ (goals and philosophy), the ‘positioning strategy’ (personnel acquisition and assessment) and the ‘modification strategy’ (further training and skill development).
The scope of our consultation services will, of course, be defined by you.
