Assessment centre
The assessment centre (AC) plays an important role in the standard personnel selection and development procedures of many companies nowadays. In our experience, this is a perfectly good thing – as long as the centre is geared towards what is needed and is professionally run.
The centre can be organised as an ‘individual AC’ or a ‘group AC’, depending on how the applicants are to be selected. It can also be a ‘selection AC’ or a ‘development AC’, depending on the objectives involved. This means that an Assessment Centre can be used to assess how suitable external candidates/applicants are for certain roles as well as evaluating the suitability or development potential of your current internal employees.
Our services for you:
- We provide advice and support during the preparation, design and execution of your own in-house selection or development assessments, including the training of assessors and feedback discussions with the participants.
- We assess candidates for you with regard to their suitability for a certain position, their management potential or their potential for development with a customized AC geared towards your individual requirements, using our experienced consultants as assessors.
