This concerns the suitability and potential of one or more candidates, in most cases for a specific specialist or managerial role. Potential analyses, appraisals, aptitude tests and management audits make up the majority of our customers’ assignments. These are made up of individual elements from the assessment centre procedure and psychological aptitude testing.
